A daughter and mother struggling to reconcile

Isabell attempts to face memories of a childhood characterized by witnessing domestic violence. She grew up seeing her mother’s boyfriend beating her mother. We follow Isabell’s relationship with her mother in the aftermath of the violence. They struggle not only to communicate but also to understand and forgive.

Say Something is a story about a girl who is trying to make peace with the past and at the same time chase her dreams. Will her mother listen, and will they be able to reconcile?
